In our showroom in Utrecht, you can try on your heels in peace. You can also simply pick up your order there for free. Visits are by appointment only, after you have placed and paid for your order. Would you like to try on other models as well? That is perfectly fine, just let us know in advance. We are happy to help you.
How does it work?
Place and pay for your order
Order your heels in our webshop and choose pickup in our showroom as your delivery option at checkout. Please pay online, as we do not accept payments on site.
We let you know when your order is ready
You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready in the fitting room. Then send us a WhatsApp or email to plan your visit. If we do not hear from you, we will contact you after a few days.
Visit us at the agreed time
Appointments are possible Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 4 PM. We only schedule one customer per appointment, so you have all the time and privacy you need.
Please note: visits without an appointment are not possible. Without an appointment, you will be standing in front of a closed door.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, you can try them on in peace. If possible, you can also try another size.
We are a webshop, not a store. The municipal zoning plan does not allow a shop at this location, and we do not have a permit for it. You can pick up your order here and try it on during your pickup, but you cannot shop here. We also cannot accept (cash) payments on site. Because you order and pay in advance, we know for sure that your heels are ready for you.
Yes, you are welcome to bring one or two people with you. We schedule one customer per appointment.
Parking is free. We always try to reserve a parking space for you, marked with a sign. Otherwise, there is plenty of parking in the area. The fitting room is easy to reach from the A2 and A12 highways. The nearest bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away.
Please note that the fitting room can only be reached by stairs.
