The Kross heels are absolutely stunning. The silver finish is beautiful and the overall design is amazing. However, the back strap is quite tight and unfortunately reduces the effective length by a few centimeters.
If the strap could been slightly less rigid, it would have allowed for a wider adjustment and made it possible to the proper size of my partner. So I would recommend to buy one size upper. This matter was the reason why my partner had to return these heels with regret coz she really loved the Kross model.
