Handmade extra-long boots by Sanctum, in nappa and synthetic leather
Crotch boots are the longest boots we carry: the shaft reaches the very top of the thigh, higher than any overknee or thigh boot. Every pair on this page is handmade in the Marche region of Italy by Sanctum Shoes, our own label, in soft nappa leather with a cruelty-free vegan line alongside it.
Heights run from sky-high metal stiletto heels to lower chunky heels, almost all without a platform and built on Sanctum's reinforced heel. The nappa range covers classic pointed-toe designs, while we also offer cruelty-free synthetic leather in shiny and matte finishes. Most are black with a pointed toe. Because the shaft is so long, fit matters: Sanctum boots can be made to measure for your calf, thigh and height.
Heel heights range from beginner-level 10 cm to 20 cm. Materials include genuine Italian nappa leather, patent leather and cruelty-free synthetic leather.
